Catering by the Tray

Any item on our menu can be ordered by the tray for pickup or delivery. Prices on the menu page.

• At least 24 hours notice for pickup orders, subject to availability.
• At least 3 days notice for delivery. Most deliveries incur a delivery fee.
• Orders over $200 require a 50% deposit, balance due upon pickup or delivery.

• Disposable serving utensils available on request. Paper / plastic goods available at additional cost.

Full-Service Catering

Galas, banquets, corporate, private events, private homes. In addition to designing your menu, we provide chafing dishes and serving utensils, professional servers and bartenders, hosted or cash bar, plate-ware, glassware, silverware, linens, tables, ice sculptures, DJ and sound system, and more.

Covers chafing dishes and serving equipment, food storage, packing and loading, site visits, delivery rental items, water service, ice for all beverages, and more. The fee is not a gratuity and is subject to state and local taxes.

• 25% deposit and signed catering agreement required to secure your date.
• Full balance due 7 days before your event.
• Deposits fully refundable up to 7 days before your event.
• Cash and all major credit cards accepted.

Food Truck Catering

• Truck staff plates the menu in food boxes or disposable plates and serves from the truck.
• Unused food packed in foil trays for you.

Party Hall Rental

A separate space for small to mid-size gatherings.

• Tables and chairs · linen tablecloths and napkins (black or white) · setup and cleanup.
• Sound system access — just bring DJ with laptop.
• Outdoor patio entranceway available for your use.
• Buffet setup with standard chafing dishes, serving utensils, plate-ware, glassware, silverware.
• Podium, gift table, cake table, welcome / check-in table, head tables — complimentary on request.
• Cash Bar available on request.

Extra serving staff, plated-meal staffing, hosted bar upgrade, custom linens or dishware, professional DJ, and 18% staff gratuity.

Dining Room Catering

We can pre-set a menu for your group reservation of 10 or more for birthdays and similar gatherings. We can also set up a buffet just for your group. Group reservations incur an automatic gratuity.
